Through one-on-one and small group coaching, The Results Group works to help individuals identify those areas of behavior which are holding them back from achieving even greater success. Then The Results Group helps the participant (s) set goals to achieve measurable results both personally and professionally.

The individual attention to each participant significantly increases the chance for long-lasting success. Old habits are hard to break and new habits must be established in order to produce long-lasting change. One day or two day seminars cannot be effective in behavior change. They just don’t last long enough and the application of new ideas is often missing. Coaches from The Results Group meet with clients weekly for an 8 – 10 week period of time, coaching them to success in the goals the individual sets for him or herself. Each program is tailored to the needs of the individual or group.

The Results Group strives for return on investment before the end of any coaching program. The value of accomplishing this goal should be equal to (or greater in value) than the cost of the program itself.

The participant(s) must invest time and effort to accomplish the goal (s) of the program. The Results Group invests the same time and effort to see that each participant accomplishes the goal.
